In light of the great success obtained by MaTouche, Rex consolidates its leadership in products inspired by leathers by introducing a new, extremely luxurious and decorative, range of tiles, realised in technical porcelain processed with twin press technology.
The use of skate skin, called galuchat named after a French artisan famous for his precious objects made with this material, whose career was at its peak in the early twentieth-century, during the Art Deco period. Today galuchat is having a great come-back by being suitably placed in indoors with fusion style, where vintage furniture dating back to the 1930s and 1940s is coupled with antique and contemporary objects.
A symbol of elegance and refinement, galuchat is today re-proposed and interpreted by Rex in five exclusive shades.
Gold is the colour deserving the utmost attention: it is a gold effect metal finish, obtained with a new polishing concept and enriched in the mixture by precious raw materials.
