Inspired by the image chosen to represent CERSAIE 2010, the exhibition in Bologna’s historical centre presents an installation made of large stylised apples, volumes covered in ceramic materials to showcase for the general public the latest trends in contemporary surfaces.
The Florim installations will showcase three new products from the brands Casamood, Floor Gres, and Rex.
Piazza Maggiore, at the heart of the city, will be the showcase for Rex and its collections
I Marmi and
Le Essenze: an interpretation in porcelain stoneware of stone and wood, combined together to create settings with a high visual and emotional impact. The inspiration for I Marmi comes from materials of European and Asian origin, historically processed in the industrial factories. Le Essenze, on the other hand, derives from a selection of six of the rarest and most precious wood varieties existing in nature. The idea is to give value and renewed notoriety to these materials thanks to the use of the most modern production technologies applied to porcelain stoneware.
CERSAIE Downtown will therefore be a prestigious showcase for Florim, the perfect stage on which to illustrate for the public how our design path has evolved.
